Webcast: How personalised is your marketing?

Digital marketing must be personalised to win share of wallet, experts warn. 

This was the overwhelming message when Drapers hosted its Digital Investment webcast, in association with Bronto Software, at London’s Millbank Studios on May 21.

Features and special reports editor James Knowles was joined by a panel including Antony Comyns, head of ecommerce at Ghost and Hawes and Curtis, and Kestrel Lemen, marketing strategist at Bronto Software, where they discussed best practice and current trends in digital marketing, as well as what it will need to look like in the future.
