Drapers launches gender equality survey

Drapers is launching its first to determine how the fashion industry is progressing in this area ahead of International Women’s Day in March.

We want as many members of the UK fashion industry as possible to take part in the anonymous survey, which we will use to produce a comprehensive overview of gender diversity in the industry, and to gain a better understanding of what it is like for women in senior jobs.

We will use the data to identify the industry’s strengths and weaknesses are in this area, and understand how further progress can be achieved. The results will be published in the run-up to International Women’s Day on 8 March.

The survey, which takes only a few minutes to complete, is open to all genders. You can answer the questions that are relevant to you, and skip the rest.

All answers will be treated anonymously and as off-the-record. If you are happy for us to you about your answers, please leave your email address at the end and one of our journalists will be in touch.
