Abigail Hynd from Manchester Metropolitan and Lucinda Popp from Kingston University were runners up.

Meanwhile in the Fashion Innovation category, judged by Georgina Goodman, William was deemed a “clear winner” as she showed “a mastery of her material and concept.”

Sadie Clayton from Kingston and Charlotte Skeate from the University of West England were runners up.

Nottingham Trent was presented with the Stand Award for its “attractive and strong display” that had the “perfect balance of garments, Fashion photography and portfolios”.

Winners of the Mulberry Accessories Award and the Ethical Award were unveiled earlier this week as part of a new staggered format that stretches throughout the event.
