Peter Bamford, chairman of Superdry, has indicated that he will step down by the end of the year, The Sunday Times reports.
Bamford has been on the Superdry board for nine years, which under corporate governance rules, is the limit a person can serve on a board for.
The newspaper said the move will ”heighten the focus” on Euan Sutherland, chief executive of SuperGroup, which owns fashion brand Superdry.
Meanwhile, Superdry announced a 5.4% rise in global brand revenue for the 13 weeks to 26 January 2019.
Superdry declined to comment when ed by Drapers.
